WHAT"S THE TRANSFORMATIVE NATURE OF APPRECIATION
Appreciation much more than something you're suppose to do.
Appreciation is and energy you use proactively- It's about valuing and being grateful for.
Their are TWO COMPONENTS that make up appreciation:
Gratitude: you feel or express gratitude
Valuing: actively use your mind consciously choose to value people or things
It's not about manipulations but vibration: Appreciation facilitates cooperation. Knowing that appreciation can bring desired outcome, learning how to work with the energy even better!
THE ENERGY OF APPRECIATION
All life is energy- manifests as vibrations. You can measure vibration in frequency. THE IMPACT OF APPRECIATION UNMISTAKABLE! Appreciation has powerful affect on frequency: Dr EMOTO's research demonstrates the impact of thoughts feelings and music on Crystalline structure of water. Love & Appreciation (beautiful crystals formed vs. you make me sick, hate (distorted impoded crystal) WORDS AFFECT structure of water!

HOW TO BECOME AN APPRECIATOR
Appreciation takes courage and considerable resolve or commitment.
Notice what you are grateful for ... take a gratitude questionnaire.
Notice how appreciative you are already.
Start by appreciating life itself.
Become opportunity minded vs problem minded
Develop an appreciative state of mind: try thinking appreciative thoughts and pessimistic thoughts at the same time= Impossible.
Play appreciative games: Find as many things to value as you can.
Turn appreciation towards yourself.
Clean up your personal vibration: Weed out negative beliefs explore good qualities and values to be grateful for.
Deepen appreciation for others: think about how you value friends, spouse, kids, dogs etc.
FIVE STEPS TO USING APPRECIATION TO TRANSFORM OR ATTRACT WHAT YOU WANT
Step 1: Choose what you want to transform or attract e.g.. I want to have 5 times as many clients as I have now.
Step 2: Determine the feelings behind your desire e.g.. What is the meaning or value you place on your desire? What you could do, be or have?
Step 3: Weed out conflicting thoughts or beliefs. Challenge and change current beliefs.
Step 4: Launch your vibration of appreciation: Anticipate it's arrival. Look for signs it's coming.
Step 5: Work your appreciation Think of desire unfolding in a series of events until fulfilment.
